Our main priority at Tatanka Ranch is providing a safe environment for all guests. We care deeply about the overall health, cleanliness, and safety of our clients and staff. Currently, our Federal and Local government agencies are asking for all of our heightened attention to protect against the spread of COVID-19. We are taking this direction very seriously and ask our guests to Tatanka do the same.
We’ve put together a couple items that are important for our guests to know during this sensitive time.
Cleanliness is something we’ve always made a high priority and pride ourselves on the look of the Ranch. Our facility and staff is required to sanitized and deep cleaned after every event. Our entire staff is educated on proper hand washing techniques and required to wear gloves in handling of food and while busing tables. We have gone through heightened measures to ensure all guests and staff maintain our high standards and expect our guests will see their attention to detail.
We DO NOT allow employees to work that have had fevers or viruses that will impact their co-workers or guests. This is our standard year round.
We ask that our clients and their guests who will be staying at Tatanka protect each other by following this same standard. Please let us know if you, or a guest who will be staying on the property has been sick prior or during your stay so we can take the proper measure to protecting our staff and heightened sanitizing measures.
Most importantly, we we WILL remain open during this season! Our clients have been planning their wedding or special event for months. We are excited to celebrate with you! We all agree that we could all use a few hours of celebrating the great things in life right now.
